What we are looking for - Pre Sales Lead - SFDC (Salesforce)
Experience - 7-9 Yrs
Job Location - Bangalore

  • Complete understanding of the presales processes including Bid Management for RFP & RFI.
  • In-depth functional and technical understanding of CRM and eCommerce, i.e., Marketing, Sales, Service, eCommerce, Cloud platforms, portals, & mobility.
  • Experience of at least one SDLC for a CRM implementation project – Cloud and/or On-Premise
  • Proven ability to take complete ownership of the RFP/RFI response including collaboration and coordination with multiple contributors and stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Actively participate in discussions with the prospect/customer to present the proposal including providing justification, as required.
  • Ability to think ‘laterally’ to provide differentiation with respect to implementation approach, pricing models, etc. would be added advantage.
  • At least 8 yrs of demonstrated experience in responding to RFP/RFI for Salesforce solutions by participating actively across all stages of the RFP/RFI response.
  • Proven ability to conceptualize, articulate and present comprehensive solutions on Salesforce’s Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Lightning, Apps, Connected Apps, Mobile, etc. as per business and technical requirements.
  • Conversant with the implementation methods for delivering a cloud solution on Salesforce platform.
  • Proven expertise in estimating efforts across roles for the proposed solution
  • Experience working with Commercial Pricing models for Application Development and Application Support.
  • Understand the nuances of Salesforce licensing to determine the licensing cost component for the Solution BOM.
